out of office issues?

We have an out of office assistant set up for an office 2000 sr1/sp2 and exchange 5.5 sp4 user. The problem is it only replies once with the out of office message. Is there a way to get it to reply to every incoming message, even repeat senders, with the out of office message? Thanks!
