Outllok 2002 Contacts

I would like to make Outlook 2002 display my Contacts when I create a new message and click on the To button instead of the GAL. I know how to do this in Outlook 2000 but they changed it and I can find it. You used to be able to see a tab called Addressing under the properties of the Outlook profile that you are using and change from Contacs or the GAL. Can you still do this and if so where did they move it to? Thanks.
