Outlook ’02- Schedule recurring appts

How do make resources accept recurring appointments? I have a conference room that needs to be booked on weekly basis.

I keep getting the message that ‘…has declined your meeting becaue it is recurring. You must book each meeting separatly with this resource’.

How can I change this?
