Outlook 2000

I am running NT4.0 sp6a on the desktop. Outlook 2000 sr1. We are on Exchange 2000. I have several users getting a bad persistant error. The error screen says runtime error Outlook.exe r6025 pure virtual function call. It locks up outlook and takes a ctrl alt delete to end task to free it up.
