Outlook 2000

NT 4 environment SP6-I have a user when she opens an email underneath an unread email, once she closes opened email, it marks the unopened email above it as opened, in other words, it’s no longer in bold letters. Therefore, she doesn’t know if she has read that email or not. This user administers 9 mailboxes in her Outlook inbox. This does not happen all the time, but it does happen intermittently. Other than recreating her profile does anyone have any other suggestions? Is there a limit on howmany mailboxes can be administered in Outlook 2000? If so can you send me the MS KB article number?
