Outlook 2000 and Logging out on exit

I currently have a PC that has multiple email accounts on it. Each email account on this pc is setup to deliver to a personal folder for each individual that is password protected. The issue i am having is that when a user reads their mail then closes outlook the next person can click on outlook and get right back into their email without a password. The work around for this is to have them select file — exit and logoff
My question:
Is there a way to setup outlook to “Exit and Logoff” any time you close outlook no matter how you close outlook?
