Outlook 2000 Contacts\PAB

I have a large number of clients I need to send emails to which are currently stored in my contacts folder. I want to move about 50 of these clients to a personal address book which I have created, but cannot seem to find a way to move them from contacts to the PAB. I do not want to create a distribution list for these clients because i do not send emails to all 50 each time.
Is there an easy way to move them or do I have to recreate all the users again within the PAB.Thanks
