Outlook 2000 crashing

I am having a problem with Outlook on one machine on the network. We are using Exchange Server 5.5 as our email server. When oulook launches on this machine we get the following Dr. Watson message:
Outlook.exe Exception stack overflow(0x00000fd),Address:0x77bz18b4

I tried both repairing outlook and then uninstalled and reinstalled but continue to get the message.

I also checked the antivirus software and it seems ok and I am currently doing a complete system scan on that machine to see if anything comes up.

What else can I do to fix?
