Outlook 2000 extremely slow opening

Thought I asked this before, but when I returned to site.. question wasn’t here…

One of three laptops (at work) opens Outlook 2000 (MS exchange server) VERY slowly. The other two (configured exactly the same) have no problem. Finally asked MSCE person in to solve problem. He couldn’t resolve either. Made new profiles, emptied all mail… still impossibly slow.

I’m going to try to uninstall Outlook & reinstall. But any other ideas?
