Outlook 2000 – Locking up

We have a user whose outlook upon opening locks up after approx. 3-5 seconds. It does this on any computer that he logs onto. Roaming profiles are used. It happens on NT or 2000 computers. His roaming profile is approx. 50mb. The program displaysnot responding in the task manager and has to be closed that way.
