Outlook 2000 Outlook Today

I am unable to customize Outlook Today; I click on the button but it does nothing. I have renamed outlwvw.dll to restore back to the default settings; repaired Office 2000 install; detect and repair in Outlook 2000; reapplied Office SP3 – still can’t customize. System is W2K/SP3.
