Outlook 2000 print error

Very frequently when I try to print from Outlook, I get the following error message:

“There are no printers installed for your computer. Double-click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel to install a printer.”

I’ve looked at the MS KBase article #223412, but none of those things mentioned helps.

I’ve tried reinstalling Outlook, IE 6.0/Outlook Express 6.0 but to no avail.

The only thing that seems to work is restarting Outlook and even that is not consistent from time to time.

Has anyone else come across this problem?
