Outlook 2000 Security Issue

I have noticed that I can add another user’s email to be opened at my local configuration of the Exchange Server. For example, in Outlook ; Tools ; Services ; Microsoft Exchange Server ; Properties ; Advanced Tab : Open Additional Mailboxes.
How can I protect each user email account?
