Outlook 2000 SR-1 Attachment Blocking

I use exchange 5.5 with Office 2000. Ever since I upgraded to Office 2000 SR-1, Outllok blocks all my attachments..even url’s. I looked at microsoft site and they have a fix for this by creating an Outllok form and few other steps. I tried it and itworked on Win 2k but not on NT4..
Any suggestions !!!!
