Outlook 2000 – text cut off at bottom

Outlook 2000 entire text is not shown.
I have a user that is using Outlook 2000. When she receives emails the bottom portion of the text is cut off. I can not find anything on why this happens. I have uninstalled and reloaded Office 2k and updated all of the service packs and it still cuts the text out. This happens also when a reply is sent back to the user.
