Outlook 2000 – url problem

I had a user approach me with the following problem. He received an email that had a few internet addresses that he simply needed to click on and do whatever he needed to do. The problem is whenever he would click on the internet address that is in the email, the interent addresses would not come up automaticly like it should. The only way I was to able to get it working was copy andpaste the address in Internet Explorer. I’m sure it is a setting in outlook 2000 that I don’t know about. Apprciate any help on this.
