Outlook 2000 won’t start in XP

I just upgraded one of our PCs. I loaded a copy of XP proo, from scratch, not an upgrade, as well as Office 97 and Outlook 2000. There’s a couple other programs on there as well. It’s the same setup we run on most of our PCs here.

Here’s the problem. When I log in to the PC and start Outlook it runs fine. When anyone else logs in, Outlook doesn’t run. At least not visibly. If you look in the Processes in Task Manager, you can see an Outlook Proc running, but that’s all.

Help! What’s the deal? I’ve tried making other users admin on that PC, etc, but nothing has seemed to work.
