Outlook 2002 1605 error

When trying to accept and appointment that has a Word attached, Outlook 2002 gives “The Selected Assistant Character is not available. Microsoft Outlook cannot install the necessary files due to Windows Installer error 1605. This action is only valid for products currently installed.
This is the only time I get the error.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
