Outlook 2002 Calendar/Bulletin Board

Hi, does anybody knows how to attach a file directly to a date on an Outlook Calendar withough making an appointment, or does anybody know how to use or import ICON’s into the calendar instead of using the color labels. Is there any third party utilities that anybody knows that can customize the Outlook calendar to what ever you want. Please let me know if you have any feedback.
