Outlook 2002 contacts problem

I setup a PC with Outlook 2002. I copied a existing .pst file to it and everything is fine. The problem is that when I send an email and press the TO button to pick users from the contacts nothing is there.

When I look under contacts they are there.
How do I get this to work?
