Outlook 2002 delegate

Hi,

I run a network with Excahnge 2000 SP3 and Outlook 2002 on the desktops. I am trying to set up a delegate from my email to our generic email account. I set the permissions in the email account I want to access and set permissions on the folders i need access to also. When I try to access the other users inbox I receive a message on my PC “unable to open file”. I verify that the addin for delgate was installed for my Outlook 2002 and it is fine. Would love some help with this…
