Outlook 2002 forward HTML email freezes

When forwarding HTML emails Outlook 2002 freezes. I have to go into task manager and end the task. This freezes sometimes happens when replying to HTML email also. When replying or forwarding text or rich text emails this never happens. Using Outlook 2002 with Exchanged 5.5, but other users are not having this problem. PC is an IBM T40 with Windows XP Pro SP2 with McAfee Enterprise 8 as the AV software. I thought it might be the AV software and disabled it and the emails still freeze. There are about 23 other users with the same pc and build and they do not have this issue.
