Outlook 2002 opens slow on start up

Outlook 2002 (xp) running on XP PRO OS.
Outlook opens slow on one user profile. however when logged on to different profile (administrator)it opens normal.

I have tried 3 things.
1.giving user full admin rights
2.reinstall office xp
3.applied service pack1 for office xp

any suggestions would be appriciated. Thanks
