Outlook 2002 program not responding

win2000pro machine office XP installed several months ago Outlook started “Locking up” checking task mgr and see “program not responding”…i used to be able to stop, restart Outlook and go my merry way…as time goes on the Lock up happens more and more..now.. when i open Outlook it is locked…have tried de-install and reinstall of Office and Outlook component individaually..no luck..Outlook never “completely” deinstalls cause it always finds the old settings…how do i clear it or Office out TOTALLY and reload from scratch?? I don’t know what i screwed up but it is a doozey!!
