Outlook 2002 reply account sender

I have multiple email accounts set up in Outlook 2002. Some of which are receive only as I have two ISP’s. When I select reply to a message it appears to randomly select any account to use as the reply sender. As some are the wrong ISP they fail. Sending normally always uses the default account. Is there any way of making Reply select only the default account?
