Outlook 2002 signature w/ picture

I’m trying to add my MCP logo to my Outlook 2002 Signature. It shows up on my end in the signature but when it gets to some of the people i send email to, it shows up as an attachment. I have sent an e-mail to my yahoo account and the signature shows up correctly there. Any one know why I can see it in my Yahoo mail but not my outlook mail at home?
