Outlook 2002 with Windows 2000 or XP

Hi there,

I have a problem with outlook xp sp2 english version as follows
For some reason or the other under EMail option and Advanced E-mail option
“suggest names while completing To,Cc, and Bcc fields” is greyed out

This is the case with clean installation as well as updated version on Notebooks.

Has anyone got a tip on this
