Outlook 2003

Hi,
Currently when ever our users log into a new computer for the first time they have to setup there mail box in exchange. Isn’t there a way to make it so when they log in there outlook is automaticly setup and ready to go for them with out them having to do anything? I’m using Exchange 2003/Win 2003 ENT with client Outlook2003.thanks for the help.
