Outlook 2003 and GAL

Hi,

We have exchange 2003 installed on windows 2003 and everything is working very well except when new users are created, Outlook 2003 clients can’t see them in the GAL. They can send email fine but for some reason it doesn’t appear in the GAL. For example, when you create a new email and you hit the To: button the global address list would come up and the new users are not in there.

This only happens to Outlook 2003 clients. Outlook 2000 and XP can see it just fine. Is there a way to update GAL manually in Outlook 2003? Does anybody know of a work around for this? Thanks.
