Outlook 2003 Freezing

Hello

I have a PC on my network with Office 2003 SP1, running Windows XP SP1. When ever I right click on a person’s name in an email in to To or Cc box, Outlook freezes and locks up the CPU. I’ve tried removing office and reinstalling it with no luck. Any ideas would be great
