Outlook 2003/Offline Address Book Error/0X80004005

We have a few Windows XP Pro (fresh install) and one Windows 2000 Server (fresh install) on IBM Desktops and Thinkpads (all new) and using Outlook 2003..and getting this error:

7:14:18 Microsoft Exchange offline address book

7:14:18 0X80004005

We have a Win2000/Exchange 2000 Server environment, but this seems to be more of an error relating to the offline address book. Any fixes/help appreciated!! 🙂
