Outlook 98 opens larger than screen view

Sometime when outlook is opened up it opens up larger than it can be viewed on the screen. It opens up hangin off the screen on the right hand side. If you close outlook and then re-open it – it opens up correctly.
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem permanently?
