Outlook & Access in Office XP Pro Ver

Trying to send a file via Access to Outlook from Office XP Pro version (File|Send To|Mail Recipient (As attachment…)), i can’t send it out via my Outlook to my client. Why? Please assist me any expert there…Thanks.
