Outlook auto response

Hello,
Is there anybody know how to have an auto response in outlook 2000. Just like the out office assistant. In this case i want to send automatic response to the sender that “i received the message and get back to him in 2 days”. How do i do that? Out of office is a good bet but it’s limited.

Anybody know how to do it?
