Outlook Calendar sharing in small office

Hello everyone,

In a small office. Like to setup the outlook calendar in the server where everyone can see and add appointments to calender. Must I install Exchange server? if not, how & where I can setup the outlook that all users can see the appointments. Info: Server runs on W2K AD. clients runs on W2K and Win XP with outlook intalled already.
