Outlook cannot find exchange server

I am trying to set up Outlook XP and when I did I accidentally put in the wrong exchange server name. Now, when I try to get back into outlook it says it cannot find exchange server and i can only select retry or quit, I cannot get into the application. I tried deleting and reinstalling the software, but the settings aparently stay the same, as it gives me the same message. Is there an INI file somewhere with these settings? Any suggestions on how I can get into outlook and change this information? thanks!
