Outlook contact e-mail address missing

The network crashed and was rebuilt. Exchange Server 5.5 was reinstalled. Directory and Information Store was lost. Mailboxes were recreated and restored from Veritas Exchange Backup successfully.

PROBLEM: In Outlook 2000, the contacts show up with ALL the information EXCEPT the e-mail address. Is there a way to recover the e-mail address for the contacts without rebuilding each contact.
