outlook doesn’t like my user

for whatever reason, outlook just started to refuse opening the default e-mail folders of one our staff on the M.Ex.Server. i have tried re-set and evn re-install outlook, but it keeps saying MXAdrBook was unable to log on to MXS. what should do.
