outlook email

I am trying to delete the nickname cache for a certain nickname that keeps coming up when I send an email. If I go to the .NK2 file in Outlook, there is only one data file. It doesn’t open up into several files so that I can delete the name of the profile. How can I remove a bad nickname that is not on the contact list?
