Outlook contacts likes to display the email display name from the WAB instead of the actual email address. A very unhelpful feature since you already know the contact’s display name from the contact entry you are looking at.

If you are lookingfor a correct email address — you have to open the properties on each email address to see what is really there.

Is there a way to turn off the display name substitution for the email address in Outlook contacts?
