Outlook Express in Windows XP

I am using Outlook for hotmail account on Windows XP (Compaq nx6120 Laptop) , it was working properly before I update Windows from Microsoft Windows Update Web Page, but after Updating Outlook Express asking me for user name and password and not connecting to my account, but its working on my desktop using Windows 2000 Professional. I have asked form Microsoft to solve this problem but no use every time different answer.. huh

Plz tell me if someone can solve my problem…
