Outlook Express – Win2000

I am trying to import mail files from one computer running Win2000 Professional to another identical PC. I copy the files Inbox, Sent Items Deleted, etc.. to the same location and when I do a File Import Mail Account Settings I get the following message (NO Other E-Mail Accounts Could Be Found) any suggestions.
