Outlook FIle Extensions Rules/Emails

I have a computer where the windows registery was crashed so I am trying to back up all of my emails, rules, address books, etc. in MS Outlook. Unfortunately, I do not know the file extensions so that I can copy them to a floppy in DOS. Can anyonehelp? Also, I have a couple of Excel files that are too large to fit on a floppy and my computer won’t recognize the zip drive. Any suggestions? Please help!
