Outlook forms

I have designed an outlook form to be used for data entry i.e. redesigned the new mail form and included a few fields.
When i send the form to myself and try to import ot on access using the Access exchange wizard, the new fields are not being
picked into the database, only fields like TO, CC, SUBJECT, e.t.c are imported. When i open the form after sending the mail, the information is still there.

What am i missing? Please assist.
