Outlook Inboxs

Have a question. I’m doing Tech Support and had a user call about his Outlook. He’s using 2002 and has 3 Inbox’s like so.
OUTLOOK TODAY – E-MAIL ARCHIVE
E-MAIL ARCHIVE
MAILBOX – CLIFF ** – TRAFFIC
I want to be able to remove the OUTLOOK TODAY -E-MAIL ARCHIVE and the E-MAIL ARCHIVE boxes. Any idea how to remove them?
