Outlook IP

Ok guys, this is the deal 😛

I have a custemer whos IP on outlook express keep getting changed to 125.0.0.1 and you can change it back to the right IP and it will still change back to 125.0.0.1 when you reboot, I have run an online Spywere scan and spybot S&D on the computer and am still getting the same prob. Any suggestions will help out
