Outlook Journal Start Times

Hoping someone can help me with this issue.

In previous versions of Outlook (i.e. 97), you could bring up the
Journal view, select a timeframe and create a new Journal entry by
clicking New the new button. The new journal entry would have theStart Time field set to the date/time of the range you selected, and
set the Duration field to the duration of the selected time range.

In Outlook 2000, when you do the same thing, the Start time is set to
when you created the Journal entry (instead of the start of the
selected range) and the Duration field is set to 0 minutes.

Does anyone know how I can set Outlook to fill in the Start Time and
Duration based on the selected range in the Journal View?
