Outlook: Location of (Organize ) Colors

Where does Outlook store the Organize rules and colors? I’d like to:

1: Back them up nightly offsite
2: Load them on my other PC. I’ve moved my PST files, but that only moves my rules not my colors (Outlook 2002 and 2003).
