Outlook – Modifying “suggest names”

Does anyone know if it is possible to edit the way the “Suggest names while completing” option looks at addresses? This is located in the advanced Email settings. I know the setting is uesed to turn on/off the address name checking, but what I want to do is edit what it checks. Is there a way to do this?
