Outlook-MultipleProfiles on multiple PCs

Using Outlook 2000 on a MS Windows 2000 SBS Edition network. I want to setup multiple profiles on multiple PCs. Is there are a way to copy the profiles setup on one PC workstation (Win98) to all the other PC’s on the network. Or do I have to create the same 23 profiles on all 8 PC’s individually?
